Virus

In Te Maunga for the past week we have been learning about viruses. We did a poster about the differences of fungi, bacteria and a virus. I learnt that bacteria turns milk into yogurt.

Kindness Letter

In Te Maunga we have been doing kindness letters. In my kindness letter I wrote about what I did in lockdown.

Water Cycle Art

Last week in Te Maunga we did art. The art was about the water cycle. We learnt how to use different effects, fill in gaps and use pencil lightly. Did you know that there are 4 stages of the water cycle? The 4 stages are evaporation, condensation, precipitation and collection.

Action World Azure

On Tuesday the 3rd of December the seniors of Paihia School went to Action World. It was fun there was lots of different things to go on. The girls got instructions to go on the water slide first. I didn’t want to go on the water slide because it looked cold but I had 4 turns. I went on the tarzan bars, trapeze, rock climbing wall, jumping course, little carts, 5 person air bubble, tight rope, water slide, rope ladder and  the jump trick. It was so fun. I don’t know how many times I can say it was fun I have a feeling I can say it 100 times.
